Course Description & Details
This is the second in a series of On-Demand Courses covering nearly every section of IRC Chapter 3 in detail. The Human Element covers the sections that address human safety, needs, wants, expectations, and the similar. Habitable rooms, ceiling height, safety glazing, water, sanitation, ventilation, lighting and more. Over 2 hours of video explanation is provided in 12 separate sessions, each with a video and practice quiz. Using research and history, the course reveals the intent and purpose of the code sections, as opposed to just reading them to you. This course includes a pool of 90 practice quiz questions to reinforce your ability to recall the information from memory and to look up answers from the IRC.
